About the role

The association ACBV is seeking a full‑time Director for its EHPAD "TINA" in Nouméa, starting early 2027. This permanent position will replace a retiring manager and will oversee a facility that will expand to more than 100 resident places.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the establishment’s strategic project and development plans.
• Manage human resources, including recruitment, staff supervision and team development.
• Monitor and control the budget, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Provide regular reports to the General Management and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with territorial institutions, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Safeguard the image and reputation of the establishment.

Required profile

• Mandatory graduate degree (Bac+5) such as CAFDES, Master II in Health Management, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a highly regulated, quality‑focused health or medico‑social environment.
• Strong autonomy, managerial competence and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
