Gestionnaire comptabilité – Section Finances et RH

About the role

The Accounting Manager will be placed within the Finance and Human Resources Section, reporting to the Deputy Director. Working closely with the payroll manager and executive assistant, the role ensures accurate accounting of expenses, revenues, and assets while supporting budget preparation and closure.

Key responsibilities

• Process and file accounting documents, manage commitments, mandates, and revenue records.
• Maintain supplier and third‑party accounts, monitor budget execution in Surfi, and reconcile treasury data.
• Manage the asset inventory in Immonet, track acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and reconcile physical and accounting records.
• Assist in budget preparation, closing operations, and improve accounting procedures.
• Provide backup for payroll and HR administrative tasks, including data collection for payroll and supporting staff elections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2) in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of public accounting, especially the M52 framework.
• Understanding of budget management, asset accounting, and depreciation.
• Familiarity with administrative personnel management and payroll is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of administrative and public law.
• Valid driver’s licence.
