About the role

The Commercial Manager reports to the Commercial Director and is responsible for growing and maintaining the company’s client portfolio. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and retain client relationships.
• Create and execute prospecting tour plans, including target selection, stakeholder identification, and preparation of technical dossiers.
• Implement commercial and promotional actions.
• Draft and adapt commercial proposals.
• Define and monitor performance indicators.
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients.
• Prospect new customers and explore new markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) minimum.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of print and web media in New Caledonia.
• Determined, creative, autonomous and ambitious.
• Possession of a vehicle is essential.
