Food & Beverage Assistant – Hotel & Golf Resort

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join the team at St Pierre Park Hotel & Spa, a resort offering an award‑winning spa, health club, elegant dining venues and a 9‑hole golf course. In this full‑time position you will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining high standards across our dining, bar and service areas, supporting both everyday service and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present dining areas, bars and service stations to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Set tables, stock service stations and ensure all food and beverage offerings are displayed consistently and attractively.
• Support the smooth delivery of food and drink service during meals, banquets and private functions.
• Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies and reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations throughout all service areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring a courteous and personalized service experience.
• Work closely with floor staff, kitchen teams and management to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues.
